Steps to "Make Your Own"

Step 1 - Choose Your Style:

Burrito - white or brown rice | Poke Bowl - white or brown Rice | Salad Bowl - mixed green base


Step 2 - Choose Your Vegetables (Limited to Four):

Cucumber | Corn | Purple cabbage| Seaweed salad |Red radish | Pineapple | Mesclun (mixed greens) | Carrot | Red Onion | Avocados (Extra $1.00 per scoop)


Step 3 - Choose Your Proteins: Cannot Mix Raw and Hot Proteins Hot Proteins:

Shrimp Tempura | Grilled Chicken | Teriyaki Beef |  Proteins: Salmon | Albacore Tuna | Tofu | Kanikama (Crabstick) | Fresh Tuna (Extra $1.00 per scoop


Step 4- Choose Your Sauces and End With Garnish
(Chef's recommend only mix two sauces):

Sauces: Sweet Soy Sauce | Sriracha Mayo | Thai | Teriyaki | Wasabi Mayo | Mango Pineapple | Creamy Sesame Sauce 

Garnish: Edamame | Cranberry| Wasabi Bean | Tobiko (Flying Fish Roe) | Walnut | Benito Seaweed Furikake | Jalapeno |Crispy Flakes

Salad Dressings: Ponzu Dressing | Sesame Ginger Dressing
